Seminole, FL – Salvo Technologies Inc., a technology-based holding company, has acquired Flash Photonics Inc. in a private deal with undisclosed terms. Flash Photonics serves multiple markets, including Consumer Product Manufacturing, Biological & Environmental, Food & Agriculture and Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, among others. Its core function is the distribution of innovative optical sensing and imaging-based products through working with many industry manufacturing partners. The comprehensive Flash Photonics’ product portfolio ranges from Raman and LIBS spectroscopy systems to scientific detectors, lasers, LEDs and more.
